PMP Management is seeking a Community Manager for our Los Angeles division. The role focuses on building strong relationships with homeowners and the Association Board, managing community operations, and ensuring timely administrative and financial activities.

Qualifications

• 4 Year College Degree preferred.
• 2 Years of HOA portfolio or on-site manager experience preferred.
• CMCA certification preferred.
• Extraordinary customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills.
• An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Oversee operation and administration of the Association per the management agreement and policies.
• Perform administrative and management duties as requested by the Board.
• Review monthly financial reports and financial summaries.
• Assist Board/committees with architectural review processes and inspections.
• Coordinate and oversee inspections of building facilities and common areas.
