Job summary

PMP Management is seeking a Community Manager for the Los Angeles Division who can lead with energy, empathy, and attention to detail. You will manage 5–7 associations with strong support from an Associate Manager and admin team, ensuring service levels and governance meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate brings HOA or on-site management experience, CMCA certification is a plus, and a strong commitment to client service.

Qualifications

2+ years of HOA portfolio or on-site manager experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
CMCA certification preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organization and time management
Proficient with common office software

Responsibilities

Liaise with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
Oversee operations and administration per management agreement.
Perform administrative duties as requested by the Board.
Utilize PMP tools such as calendars, action item trackers, and financial summaries.
Review monthly financial reports and summaries.
Provide recommendations to the Board and committees.
Set up, attend, and facilitate Board meetings.
Assist Board with architectural review process and inspections.
Coordinate inspections and follow up actions.
Conduct walks of the communities as required by the management contract.
Other duties as assigned.
