Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager to oversee and support operations at our multi-family communities. You will supervise all community staff, lead leasing and customer service efforts, and manage marketing, budgeting, and reporting functions.

The role requires strong English communication, a high school diploma, and at least 3 years in onsite management; CAM/ARM is preferred. Join a fast-growing team with generous PTO, benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager experience in multi-family housing or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates and support leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously with solutions.
• Direct all marketing efforts for the community.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions as needed to increase activity.
• Review resident files and collections; enforce lease to maximize revenue.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and other required records.
• Organize resident activities and retention programs.
• Identify areas for efficiency improvements in the community.
• Research market rates and align with market conditions quarterly.
• Collect rents, deposits, and other income daily; manage occupancy and expenses.
