Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager to join our team in Minnesota. The Community Manager will support all aspects of community operations under the Regional Manager and supervise community associates to uphold customer service and leasing standards.

Responsibilities include directing marketing efforts, managing lease paperwork, renewal strategies, delinquency control, and reporting. Strong English communication and a valid driver's license are required, with CAM/ARM preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Support and participate in fulfilling customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously and provide solutions.
• Direct all marketing efforts.
• Assist in preparing all paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Determine lease renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to increase rental activity.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid balances and enforce the lease to maximize revenue.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and other required reports.
• Direct the organization of community resident activities, newsletters, and retention programs.
• Identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
