Job summary

Peak Living currently seeks a qualified Community Manager to join our team in Minnesota. Under the Regional Manager, you will support all aspects of community operations and supervise community associates.

You will lead marketing efforts, manage lease paperwork, renewal processes, and rent collections while coordinating reports and community activities. A strong English communication ability, a high school diploma, and 3+ years in a similar role are required; CAM/ARM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing or similar.
• CAM/ARM certification is a plus for preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Support customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously; provide solutions.
• Direct marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters.
• Recommend rent adjustments or concessions to increase activity.
• Review resident files and accounts for delinquencies; communicate balances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, delinquency updates, and other reports requested by Regional Manager.
• Organize community resident activities and loyalty/retention programs.
• Identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Shop the competition quarterly to ensure market-aligned rents and deposits.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and other income daily.
• Lead budgeted occupancy, collections, and expense management.
