Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in our multi-family communities. The role focuses on leasing, customer service, and daily operations to ensure a safe, well-managed property.

You will assist with rent collection, lease paperwork, and coordinating leasing marketing efforts while helping supervise on-site staff and drive resident satisfaction at Peak Living.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality or similar.
• CAM or ARM certification required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers/residents in English.

Aufgaben

• Support the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Assist leasing, marketing, and customer service activities.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Collect rents and security deposits and manage delinquencies.
• Support budgeting, occupancy targets, and overall community operations.
• Assist in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
