Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support community operations under the Community Manager. Responsibilities include leasing support, customer service, and assisting with marketing efforts, lease paperwork, and rent collection.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Support leasing, marketing, and customer service efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Assist in reviewing resident files and collect delinquent balances.
• Support resident retention initiatives and daily community operations.
• Collect and post rents and security deposits.
• Assist the Community Manager in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Assist the Community Manager in organizing daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents/security deposits and other community income.
• Support the Community Manager in maintaining and managing budgeted occupancy, collections, etc.
