Redstone Residential is seeking a Community Manager in Utah to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family property. You will manage budgeting, leasing, and occupancy strategies while leading a team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and emphasizes performance, collaboration, and service excellence in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• Detail-oriented work ethic with budget and P&L ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor Redstone KPIs on-site.
• Oversee lease-up and operating budget.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Collaborate with staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Foster a positive resident experience.
• Build relationships with campus and community resources.
• Lead staff development and performance evaluations.
• Submit weekly and monthly property reports.
