Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Community Manager in Provo, Utah to oversee site operations and drive strong financial and resident outcomes. You will lead KPI tracking, budgeting, leasing campaigns, and staff supervision in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, coordinating marketing and renewal strategies, and maintaining regulatory and budgetary discipline while collaborating with campus and community resources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• 2+ years of property manager experience.
• Client-ready professional demeanor and presentational skills.
• Detail-oriented with budget management and P&L ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience with Entrata Software is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs on-site and report findings.
• Manage property to the operating budget and oversee lease-up.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Collaborate with staff in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Create a positive resident experience.
• Build relationships with campus and community resources.
• Provide training to staff and evaluate performance.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports; manage projects from marketing to construction.
