Job summary

YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a proactive Community Manager in Indiana. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive occupancy while maintaining excellent resident relations.

This role requires strong leadership, solid communication, and the ability to resolve conflicts promptly. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing, leasing, and turnover of homes, ensuring property standards, and working with vendors and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and leadership abilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions for financial and safety outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software.
• Willingness to obtain or transfer state licensing within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily community operations including evictions, collections and resident relations.
• Maintain community budget and protect all company assets.
• Recruit, train and develop team members; lead regular team meetings.
• Oversee marketing, sales, leasing and turnover to maintain high occupancy.
• Coordinate with vendors and municipalities; plan community events.
• Ensure property standards and coordinate deliveries and warranty work.
