Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years managing a multi-family community.
• Experience in affordable housing or related industry preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian positively and professionally.
• Coordinate daily property operations and staff oversight.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws.
• Assist in developing operating and capital budgets.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances.
• Oversee leasing efforts and tenant communications.
• Manage vendor relationships and approve invoices.
• Lead site staff meetings and safety meetings.
