Job summary

Sares Regis Group is seeking a seasoned Community Manager for a 200-unit property in Vancouver, WA. You will lead a team, oversee daily operations, collect rents, and implement effective marketing plans to maximize income.

Candidates should have strong leadership, sales ability, and experience with property management systems. This is a full-time role offering a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills and leadership/supervisory skills.
• Must have 3 years as a Community Manager of 200+ units.
• Must have excellent sales skills.
• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals; write reports and business correspondence.
• Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area; apply basic math concepts.
• Must have knowledge of property operations software; Outlook, Internet, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop a competent team.
• Manage daily operations and maximize income opportunities.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency procedures; ensure insurance compliance and screening policies.
• Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports and budgets.
• Coordinate bids for recurring contract work to ensure quality and price.
