Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train and retain staff.
• Oversee marketing and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Lead maintenance operations and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC/Section 42 and Fair Housing rules.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, Compliance, and Marketing for alignment.
