Cubic Games is a game development studio within the GDEV holding. • Define how Pixel Gun 3D communicates with players across channels and tie each choice to a product goal


• Assess how channels and formats affect engagement, retention, and revenue, and decide what to emphasize


• Develop communication plans for upcoming releases, updates, and major changes


• Track where players spend time, competitors for their attention, and potential collaborations


• Set goals and success measures for player communications, and report on results


• Represent players in product planning by bringing sentiment, feedback, and community signals into decisions early


• Use knowledge of the roadmap to propose how and when to announce changes and what matters to each audience


• Keep the game's voice authentic, clear, and consistent across channels


• Plan responses to sensitive or fast-moving situations, including creator controversies and waves of negative feedback


• Turn community conversations into actionable insights for the team


• Take ownership of social media from day one by setting up and running Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Facebook, and Discord


• Design community programs, events, and creator partnerships that deepen relationships with players


• Build and refine automation for community and social work on existing release and orchestration infrastructure, so routine publishing and monitoring run without manual effort


• Maintain what already works while rebuilding the rest


• Measure results through participation, sentiment, engagement, and impact on product metrics


• Lead day-to-day work with the community manager and grow the team when the strategy shows it is needed


• Partner with Marketing, Development, and Design to align priorities, messaging, and plans


• Represent players in conversations with leadership

Требования:

• At least 4 years of experience in community management, social media, communications, or a related field, ideally in games or another consumer product; exceptional track records are also considered


• Understand how communities work, including their members, values, sources of tension, and what makes a good conversation


• Show examples of connecting a product with its audience and moving an engagement or business metric through communication


• Experience setting community or social strategy and carrying it out personally


• Hands-on experience using AI and automation to run community and social work at scale, with working examples to show; ideas and quality remain your responsibility


• Strong understanding of gaming audiences and their behavior


• Experience handling sensitive community situations


• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and lead through ambiguity


• Strong written and spoken English
