Cubic Games Limited ищет руководителя творческой команды для определения креативной стратегии и приоритетов. Вы будете формировать форматы, гипотезы и требования, работать над концепциями видеорекламы, баннеров и playable ads, а также руководить командой художников и аниматоров.

Responsibilities

• Определять творческую стратегию: направления, форматы, гипотезы.
• Анализировать креативную эффективность и прошлые запуски.
• Поддерживать пайплайн креатива на основе данных и инсайтов.
• Разрабатывать концепции для видеорекламы, баннеров и playable ads.
• Преобразовывать идеи в брифы и запускать вместе с художниками и анимааторами.
• Ревью результатов тестов и планирование следующих итераций.
• Изучать конкурентов и адаптировать подходы к играм.
• Развивать внутренние процессы продакшна, поддерживать темп и качество.

Job description

Описание:

Cubic Games is a game development studio within the GDEV holding. It created Pixel Gun 3D, a pixel shooter with over 300 million downloads and more than 5 million monthly players, and released Pixel Gun 2 in 2026.

Задачи:

• Shape the creative strategy by defining priority directions, formats, approaches, and hypotheses to test or scale
• Analyze creative performance, past launch results, trends, and correlations between key marketing metrics
• Build and maintain a data- and insight-driven pipeline of creative hypotheses
• Develop concepts for video ads, banners, and playable ads
• Turn ideas into clear briefs and take them to launch with artists, animators, and other specialists
• Review test results, identify reasons for successes and failures, and define next iterations
• Study competitors’ creatives, follow trends, and identify approaches to adapt for the games
• Develop in-house production processes, set priorities, and support the team in maintaining pace and quality
• Manage the AI-powered creative production system by setting directions, assigning tasks, selecting results, and controlling quality
• Use AI tools to prototype gameplay ideas, locations, action and combat scenes, characters, and other creative elements
• Collaborate with UA, Production, and other participants in the creative process
• Participate in brainstorms, retrospectives, and creative reviews; share insights and help teams apply experience to future launches

Требования:

• At least 3 years of experience in creative ideation and production, creative marketing, or a similar gamedev role
• Extensive experience with UA video ads, from concept to results analysis
• Experience with banners and other static formats
• Experience creating playable ads
• Ability to develop hypotheses, explain their rationale, and turn them into clear tasks
• Production management experience, including processes, priorities, and balancing speed with quality
• Experience launching or scaling AI-powered production
• Experience building a creative team
• Confident data analysis skills, including identifying patterns and drawing conclusions from metrics
• Use AI for video and graphics as an everyday work tool and understand how to incorporate it into an ongoing process
• Experience working with artists and motion designers
• Understanding of game design and level design fundamentals
• Strong gaming literacy, especially in shooters and midcore games across mobile, PC, and consoles
• Ability to give clear feedback and drive ideas through to results rather than dropping them after an initial failed test
