Job summary

HireHi ищет увлечённого менеджера сообщества для мобильной игры с UGC контентом. Вы будете общаться с игроками, модерировать дискуссии и поддерживать активность в Discord и других платформах.

Предпочтительно готовность к командировкам, гибкий график и умение работать с большим и разнообразным аудиторинном. Удаленная работа возможна совместно с coworking; оплата отпуска и больничных.

Qualifications

• Умение общаться с широкой аудиторией и ключевыми участниками проекта.
• Глубокий интерес к игровой индустрии и развитию в управлении сообществом.
• Готовность к командировкам на бизнес-мероприятия.
• Опыт ведения соцсетей или онлайн-сообществ будет преимуществом.

Responsibilities

• Поддерживать ежедневную активность на Discord и других соцсетях проекта.
• Помогать планировать и проводить конкурсы, розыгрыши и ивенты.
• Общаться с игроками в чатах и комментариях, оперативно собирать отзывы.
• Помогать поддерживать порядок в сообществе и отвечать на негатив.
• Собирать и структурировать отзывы игроков, передавать их руководителю сообщества и команде разработчиков.

Values Value is a recruiting company specializing in game development. It is recruiting for a key project by a well-known publisher with multiple top-performing titles. The project is a mobile hybrid sandbox UGC game-platform where players create worlds, mods, and content; it has 200M+ installs and 3M+ DAU.

Задачи:

• Maintain daily activity on Discord and the project's other social media
• Help plan and run contests, giveaways, and events
• Communicate with players in chats and comments, and promptly collect their feedback
• Help maintain order in the community and respond to negativity under the Lead Community Manager's guidance
• Collect and structure player feedback, and share it with the Lead Community Manager and development team

Требования:

• Show initiative and proactivity
• Have strong mass-communication skills and confidence communicating with a wide range of people, including key project figures
• Be ready to work with a large and diverse audience
• Have a genuine interest in the gaming industry and a desire to grow in community management
• Be willing to travel for business trips and conferences
• Будет плюсом: experience running social media accounts or online communities, experience in the gaming industry or UGC projects such as Roblox or Minecraft, understanding of TikTok and YouTube trends, basic understanding of how UGC content works
