Qualifications

• 3+ лет опыта как гейм-дизайнер на мобильных Unity-проектах.
• Умение определять ключевые элементы фичи и документировать их.
• Глубокое понимание экономики игры и балансирования, теории вероятностей и математики.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать идеи проектов и прототипировать их в быстрой R&D-команде.
• Дизайн функций игр для R&D-проектов — от GDD до оценки целей.
• Проводить playtests и превращать обратную связь в действия.
• Балансировать геймплей и формировать дизайн-документацию и ощущения игры.

• Hunt for new project ideas and prototype them in a small, fast-moving R&D team


• Design game features for R&D projects end-to-end — from writing GDDs and pitching them to the team to measuring whether they hit their goals


• Run playtests and turn feedback into action


• Balance gameplay in the \"boring\" spreadsheets, then let your imagination run wild in the most exciting design docs and when dialing in game feel

Требования:

• 3+ years of experience as a generalist game designer on mobile Unity titles (core, meta, monetization, feature ownership)


• A knack for spotting the essential pieces a feature needs to work, cutting the fluff, and writing it all up clearly and completely


• Solid grasp of in-game economy and balancing, probability theory, and math in general


• A deep, wide-ranging love of games — you've played a lot, and it shows


• Ownership, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset
