Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Prince Pointe in Cross City, FL. You will oversee day-to-day property operations, resident relations, leasing processes, and compliance, while coordinating with vendors and the regional team.

You’ll manage budgets, ensure reporting accuracy, and uphold company standards for safety, accessibility, and resident satisfaction. Experience in affordable housing programs is preferred. A reliable driver and on-site presence are required.

Formación

• Experience in affordable housing programs including LIHTC, Section 8, or HUD preferred.
• Must be at least 18 with high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage vendor relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain positive interactions with residents to enhance image and retention.
• Lease apartments, verify income/credit, and process applications.
• Maintain curb appeal and secure handling of rents.
• Track rents, collections, and attend court proceedings as needed.
• Prepare operating budgets and monitor monthly expenses.
• Ensure compliance with SHFA commitments and lender/investor requirements.
• Schedule unit inspections and coordinate capital improvements.
• Respond to emails promptly and complete required trainings.
