Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• Ability to travel ~20% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure company standards are met.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Prepare weekly/monthly property operational reports.
• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor property staff.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance, vendor management, and ensuring preventative maintenance programs.
