Job summary

The Annex Management Group is seeking a Community Manager with Affordable Housing Experience to lead resident services and property operations. You will ensure compliance with housing programs, manage a team, and drive occupancy and budget goals in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of management experience, strong communication, budgeting basics, and a genuine care for residents. A driver’s license and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience required.
• Authentic, caring approach to residents and customers.
• Proficient communication and active listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Experience in affordable housing is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent experiences for residents, vendors, partners, investors, and owners.
• Deliver resident services that positively impact lives.
• Maintain property curb appeal and appearance standards.
• Manage property to achieve occupancy and budget goals.
• Ensure adherence to policies and operating procedures.
• Coordinate LIHTC program reporting and compliance requirements.
• Supervise property team and ensure policy compliance.
• Accurate documentation of internal and external reporting.
• Handle daily accounting tasks: accounts receivable/payable.
• Maintain health and safety compliance at the property.
