Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and data management software.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, rent collection, certifications and recertifications, and resident files.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete required documentation.
• Oversee maintenance operations and coordinate vendors/contractors.
• Ensure apartments and grounds are well maintained and property stays financially sound.
• Maintain occupancy and drive compliance with program requirements.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team to deliver excellent service.
