Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent experiences for residents, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and reporting requirements.
• Drive property appearance and curb appeal standards.
• Aim for above-average resident survey results.
• Oversee budgeting, occupancy, and financial reporting.
