Qualifications

• Property management or affordable housing experience preferred but not required.
• 2-3 years of management experience preferred but not required.
• Strong care for residents and desire to impact positive change.
• Proactive communicator and active listener with strong ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent experiences for residents, vendors, partners, investors, and owners.
• Manage resident services to positively impact residents' lives.
• Maintain curb appeal and property appearance standards.
• Achieve above-average resident survey results.
• Manage property KPIs including occupancy and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and reporting requirements.
• Lead property team and ensure SOP adherence.
• Oversee daily accounting: A/R and A/P.
