Friedman Real Estate LLC is seeking a Residential Property Manager for The Cottages at Corpus Christi, TX. The role focuses on accounting, leasing, and day-to-day management of the community, with a strong emphasis on resident relations and on-site operations.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of residential property management experience, high energy, and excellent communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi is preferred, plus a valid driver's license.
