The Quinn at Ravenglass in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Property Manager with 2-3 years of residential property management experience. You will be the face of the community, handling leasing, resident relations, and on-site operations.

Responsibilities include rent collections, AP/AR, reporting, vendor oversight, and coordinating maintenance with staff. A proactive, customer-focused approach helps drive occupancy and community success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
• Candidates must have a valid drivers license.
