Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Community Manager for Woodglen Village in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on LIHTC compliance, occupancy goals, and financial health of the property, with oversight of leasing and maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate will have LIHTC property management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Entrata experience is a plus, with competitive pay and full benefits。
