Qualifications

• LIHTC property management experience required.
• Strong leadership to train and guide leasing and maintenance teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy goals and financial health of the property.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and HUD regulations.
• Monitor delinquency and manage collections.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality and curb appeal.
• Approve expenditures, manage budgets, and assist in hiring.
