Qualifications

• 2+ years of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and performance of the community.
• Maintain compliance with LIHTC/tax credit regulations.
• Lead, coach and support leasing and maintenance teams.
• Manage budgets, occupancy and financial performance.
• Oversee leasing, move-ins, renewals and resident relations.
