Job summary

Brookside Properties in Hinesville, GA seeks a Property Manager for The Pines at Willowbrook LIHTC community. You will lead daily operations, ensure compliance, and oversee leasing and resident relations to deliver quality affordable housing.

The role requires 2–5 years of LIHTC experience, knowledge of Georgia tax credit requirements, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive occupancy and financial performance as the community grows.

Qualifications

• LIHTC/tax credit property management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a property management team or site-level staff.
• Knowledge of GA tax credit requirements and reporting is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at a LIHTC/tax credit community.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and requirements.
• Oversee leasing, resident relations, and property operations.
• Lead and support the property team.
• Manage occupancy goals, budgets, and financial performance.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting.
• Help establish a strong culture and resident experience as the community grows.

What You Bring
