Job summary

Brookside Properties is hiring a Property Manager for The Pines at Willowbrook in Hinesville, GA. This LIHTC community requires strong affordable housing experience and leadership to grow the property from the ground up.

You will oversee leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and reporting while building a positive resident experience across the community.

Qualifications

• LIHTC/tax credit property management experience is required.
• 2-5 years of LIHTC/property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Georgia tax credit requirements.
• Georgia affordable housing reporting knowledge is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at a LIHTC/tax credit community.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and requirements.
• Oversee leasing, resident relations, and property operations; lead and support the property team.
• Manage occupancy goals, budgets, and financial performance.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting.
• Help establish a strong culture and resident experience as the community grows.
