Taylor Management is seeking a proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of an active adult residential community in New Jersey. The role acts as a liaison among homeowners, board members, and vendors, ensuring smooth operations and resident satisfaction.

The position handles budgeting, reporting, and enforcement of community rules, with a focus on strong communication and leadership to drive engagement and compliance. Salary is competitive and in the $105k–$110k range.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community association or property management.
• Strong knowledge of HOA governance, bylaws, and applicable laws.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
