Lion Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a hands-on Community Manager for Radbourne Lake in Charlotte, NC. You will lead onsite operations, oversee leasing, collections, and resident relations while driving occupancy and financial performance.

With 2+ years in property management, you’ll mentor the onsite team, manage budgets, and collaborate on value-add initiatives. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle (mileage reimbursement).

Requirements:
