The Cumberland in Marietta, GA is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead daily operations, enhance resident satisfaction, and drive NOI growth. You will oversee leasing, renewals, and collections while mentoring the onsite team and coordinating with leadership on renovations and retention initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of property management, strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish, and a track record in budgeting and reporting. Valid driver’s license required.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset.
• A positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
• Bilingual Required (English and Spanish)
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
