Lion Real Estate Group seeks a Community Manager for Radbourne Lake in Charlotte, NC. Lead onsite operations, prioritize resident satisfaction, and drive occupancy and NOI through strategic leadership and hands-on supervision.

You will manage leasing, renewals, and collections while mentoring the onsite team and coordinating with leadership on renovations and retention programs. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
• Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring resident satisfaction and financial success.
• Manage leasing, renewals, and collections with a focus on reducing delinquency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop onsite team to deliver excellent service.
• Partner with leadership on renovations, marketing, and resident retention programs.
