Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking a confident Property Manager in Bethel, OH to lead daily operations, ensure LIHTC compliance, and deliver a strong resident experience.

You will drive performance across budgeting, leasing, and maintenance while guiding leasing and maintenance teams on-site. The role requires LIHTC/tax credit experience, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software.
