You will drive performance across budgeting, leasing, and maintenance while guiding leasing and maintenance teams on-site. The role requires LIHTC/tax credit experience, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and overall performance of the community
• Maintain compliance with LIHTC/tax credit regulations
• Lead, coach and support leasing and maintenance teams
• Manage budgets, occupancy and financial performance
• Oversee leasing, move-ins, renewals and resident relations
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented community
• Build strong relationships with residents, vendors and team members
