Job summary

Brookside Properties in Bethel, OH is seeking a confident Property Manager to lead daily operations of the community, ensure compliance with LIHTC/tax credit regulations, and drive strong resident satisfaction.

You will coach leasing and maintenance teams, manage budgets and occupancy, oversee move-ins and renewals, and build positive relationships with residents and vendors to sustain high performance.
