Job summary

Brookside Properties in Bethel, OH is seeking a confident Property Manager to lead daily operations, ensure LIHTC/tax credit compliance, and drive resident satisfaction.

You will supervise leasing and maintenance teams, manage budgets and occupancy, and build strong relationships with residents and vendors while maintaining a well-presented community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience in Ohio
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Strong attention to detail and compliance
• A customer-focused mindset and commitment to resident satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and overall performance of the community
