Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for The Pines at Willowbrook, a LIHTC community in Hinesville, GA. You will lead daily operations, oversee leasing, resident relations, and property performance.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of LIHTC experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of Georgia tax credit requirements; bilingual is a plus. We offer competitive pay and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations at a LIHTC/tax credit community
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and requirements
• Oversee leasing, resident relations, and property operations
• Lead and support the property team
• Manage occupancy goals, budgets, and financial performance
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
• Help establish a strong culture and resident experience as the community grows

What You Bring

• 2-5yrs+ of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience
• Strong knowledge of Georgia tax credit requirements
• Knowledge of Georgia affordable housing reporting requirements is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Property management software and Microsoft Office experience
• A passion for affordable housing and serving residents with excellence
