Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth management of the property.
• Lead, train, and motivate on-site office and maintenance teams.
• Maintain occupancy targets and monitor rent collection and delinquency rates.
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Approve budgeted expenditures and assist with hiring and staffing decisions.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports.
