Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Community Manager Supervisor in Gilbert, AZ to ensure efficient operation of Community Managers and associated associations. You will oversee budgets, contracts, and governance, while supporting Board members and residents.

Responsibilities include strategic direction, financial oversight, and training for managers to ensure on-time service delivery. Strong leadership and communication are essential for successful collaboration with boards and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to interface with residents, boards and vendors.
• Ability to build relationships with Community Managers, board members and vendors.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Customer service orientation with professional presentation skills.
• Proven time management and adaptability within changing client needs.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office applications, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Community Management and guides the team.
• Develops strategic direction and ensures timely delivery for associations.
• Oversees budgets, taxes, collections, processes and procedures.
• Reviews financial reporting and makes recommendations on variances.
• Reviews vendor contracts and bids per management agreements.
• Performs audits of utility invoices and tracking payments.
• Monitors inspections and enforcement of covenants.
• Attends board/annual meetings to support and train Community Managers.
• Ensures timely notices, agendas, and minutes distribution.
• Oversees enforcement of rules, regulations, and laws.
• First-line responder to escalated complaints and documents actions.
