Job summary

You will report to the Director of Community Management, supervise a team, and guide budget reviews, contract enforcement, and strategic direction across multiple communities, while maintaining compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with Community/Association management or related experience.
• Or an Associate's Degree with Community/Association management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Community Managers and oversee contract delivery.
• Develop strategic direction with Board Members and Director of Community Management.
• Oversee budgets, taxes, collections, and procedures.
• Attend Board and Annual meetings to support managers.
• Respond to escalated issues and ensure proper documentation.
