Mark‑Taylor, Inc. is hiring a Multi‑Site Assistant Community Manager in Gilbert, AZ to support two neighboring communities. You will handle maintenance coordination, leasing tasks, resident relations, and daily bookkeeping to ensure top‑tier service and smooth operations.

This full‑time role demands at least 2 years in multifamily management, excellent communication, and teamwork. Benefits include 401(k) match, PTO, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of multifamily assistant property management experience.
• Strong leasing and resident relations experience with the ability to resolve complaints and de‑escalate situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a personable, professional approach.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute as a strong team player.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage priorities across two communities.
• Experience with weekly, monthly, renewal, and other operational reporting.
• Ability to support renewal management and drive resident retention.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor Leasing Team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage community accounting activity: deposits, payments, weekly reports, monthly financials and move‑in readiness.
• Process legal documents and service to residents.
• Assist in lease transactions: prepare leases, review history, credit approvals, renewals.
• Respond promptly to concerns to boost resident satisfaction and retention.
• Provide information about the community, repairs, rent, and policies.
• Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Assist in planning resident functions and supporting leasing duties.
• Collaborate across two communities to promote unified operations.
