Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Excellent communication and people skills
• HVAC certification preferred
• Computer literacy preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Report time and attendance
• Make daily inspections of the community
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information
• Understand residents' needs and exceed expectations
• Develop a sense of community among residents and staff
• Maintain effective communication with residents and parents
• Maintain a positive community environment for residents and associates
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with organizing and implementing a successful turn
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergencies
• Understand, enforce safety, emergency, and fire evacuation policies
