Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s upkeep and preserve asset value. The role emphasizes interior/exterior maintenance, strong customer service, and teamwork with the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inventory monitoring, and timely service requests while following Landmark policies. Some weekend and after-hours availability may be required to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Understand needs and expectations of residents and exceed them.
• Develop a sense of community among residents and staff.
• Maintain active communication with residents and parents.
• Maintain a positive community environment and encourage participation in events.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with organizing and implementing a successful turn.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergencies.
