Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the community by maintaining interior and exterior conditions while delivering customer service oriented care.

You will assist with repairs, preventative maintenance, daily inspections, and reporting time and attendance, with weekend and after-hours availability for emergencies. Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Customer Service.
• Understand residents' needs and exceed expectations.
• Develop a sense of community among residents and staff.
• Maintain communication with residents and parents.
• Encourage participation in events and activities.
• Assist with organizing and implementing a successful turn.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls.
• Identify safety and security risks.
• Inspect the property and report problems.
