Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community's maintenance program and preserve asset value. The role focuses on interior and exterior upkeep, safety, and responsive service to residents and staff.

Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor; no direct reports. The position requires hands-on maintenance, strong communication, and reliability, with weekend and after-hours availability for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls.
