Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Tampa community. You will support electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, perform routine maintenance, and help maintain interior and exterior conditions while prioritizing resident service.

Strong communication and customer-service mindset are essential. HVAC certification is preferred, and basic computer literacy will help track work orders and inventory. Weekend/on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
