Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies, including weekends and after hours.
• Maintain a clean, professional, OSHA-compliant work environment.
