Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s maintenance program and preserve asset value. You will assist in interior/exterior upkeep and provide customer-friendly service, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements include 2 years in electrical/plumbing/appliance repair and strong communication skills. HVAC certification and computer literacy are preferred. Compensation is hourly with weekend and after-hours availability expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls.
• Inspect the physical condition of the property and report problems.
